Receptor for interferon gamma, a multifunctional immunomodulator
CD119 Summary
CD119 / Cluster of Differentiation 119 also known as Interferon gamma receptor 1 (IFNGR1), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IFNGR1 gene. CD119 encodes the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the heterodimeric gamma interferon receptor, which is found on macrophages. IFNGR2 encodes the non-ligand-binding partner of the heterodimeric receptor.
Sensitivity: The minimum detectable dose of Mouse Carbonic Anhydrase VIII / CA8 was determined to be approximately 31.25 pg/ml. This is defined as at least three times standard deviations above the mean optical density of 10 replicates of the zero standard. Detection: 31.25 pg/ml
