Adhesion, costimulation and lymphocyte recirculation
CD102 Summary
This gene encodes a transmembrane protein which is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. This protein is found on thymocytes and mature T cells. It plays an essential role in T-cell interactions and also in T-cell/B-cell interaction during early lymphoid development. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Sensitivity: The minimum detectable dose of human ICAM3 was determined to be approximately 62.5 pg/ml. This is defined as at least three times standard deviations above the mean optical density of 10 replicates of the zero standard Detection: 62.5 pg/ml
