Elisa Kits launches a competition and is looking for the best ideas on "ELISA". ELISA kit, method, laboratory day, discoveries by ELISA, alternative application ideas, - the creativity in the motif selection are no limits. Participation is easy and there are great prizes to win.

The competition is organized by "Elisa Kits (a division of Höelzel Diagnostica Handels GmbH), hereinafter referred to as Elisa Kits. The action is decided by jury voting.



Prizes:
In jury voting of the submitted ideas there are prizes to win:

- the 1st place receives a 500 € voucher for the purchase of an Elisa kit via Elisa-Kits.de.

- the 2nd place receives a 120 € voucher for the purchase of an Elisa kit via Elisa-Kits.de.

- the 3rd place free shipping for your next order via Elisa-Kits.de

In addition to the jury voting, every contribution of the topics is rewarded with an Microtube Rack. One in five may choose between the colors yellow, green, blue, violet and red.



Participation:
You can participates in the competition by submitting a photo, a video, a drawing, a joke, a poem or a song on ELISA via info@elisa-kits.de. The participation phase of the competition itself from 21.06.2017 at 8:00 o'clock to 31.10.2017 at 23:59 o'clock. The result of the jury voting will be announced on 09.11.2017 and you will receive a personal email.

Natural persons which are residences in Europe and have the minimum age of 18 are eligible to participate in the contest. The participation is not limited to the organizer's customers and does not depend on the purchase of a product or service. Should a participant be restricted in his or her business capacity, the approval of his / her legal representative is required



Winner notification and allocation of profits:
On November 08, 2017 (ist eindeutiger), the jury will decide on the winners. The winners of the contest will be promptly informed of the winnings via a separate e-mail and agree to the names and contributions submitted for Elisa kits. For legal reasons, the main prices can only be a research lab, a diagnostic center and a university.

The prize is awarded exclusively to the winner or the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, as well as a cash payment of the profit are not possible. The organizer may accept any costs incurred for sending the winnings. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

The profit claim expires in the event of non-availability of the winner, in the absence of a confirmation or in the case of non-acceptance of the prize after the expiry of 30 days, calculated from the first publication of the winner. A maximum of one participant can only be determined a profit.



Copyright:
The participant confirms with the submission of the photo that the picture rights are exclusively with him and no third party can claim rights to the submitted picture. Elisa Kits shall have the non-exclusive right to use and process the photos for a limited time and irrevocably. They can used on social media platforms of the organizer and on the website elisa-kits.de

Exclusion from profit play:
Elisa Kits reserves the right to exclude participants from participating in the Contest if the submitted images violate applicable law or good taste. This also applies to violations of the conditions of participation and attempts to manipulate the competition.



Completion of the contest:
Elisa Kits expressly reserves the right to terminate the contest without prior notice and without notification of reasons. This applies to all possible reasons which interfere with or prevent a scheduled expiration of the prize draw, or if the correct execution is not possible for similar reasons.



Data protection
For the participation in the lottery the specification of personal data is necessary. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him, in particular the first name, surname and e-mail address, are true and correct.

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant is neither passed on to third parties without consent and is left to the user for use.

In the case of a profit, the winner agrees with the publication of his name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the operator and its social media platforms.

The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be addressed in writing to the contact details of the organizer stated in the imprint section of the competition app.

Severability clause:
Should any individual provisions in the above options terms be or become invalid, either in part or in full, or impracticable, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions.
