Cross Reaction

This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural human CD209. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.A sample containing 50 ng/mL of recombinant human CLEC4M reads as 0.7ng/mL(1.4% cross-reactivity).
