Cross Reaction

This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural mouse ErbB3. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.A sample containing 50 ng/mL of recombinant human ErbB3 reads as 0.7ng/mL(1.4% cross-reactivity).A sample containing 50 ng/mL of recombinant rat ErbB3 reads as 3.8ng/mL(7.5% cross-reactivity).A sample containing 50 ng/mL of recombinant Cynomolgus ErbB3 reads as 0.1ng/mL(0.2% cross-reactivity).
