10 normal human serum were tested for natural PRLR, the average concentration of PRLR in 4 normal human serum is 4.14 +/- 0.88 ng/mL ranging from 2.9 to 5.9 ng/mL. No detectable levels was observed in others.

Cross Reaction

This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human PRLR. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
