Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells ?2 x 10E6 cells/mL?were cultured in were cultured in1640 supplemented with 10% bovine calf serum, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 µg/mL streptomycin sulfate, stimulated with 1 µg Anti-CD3 for 4days. Aliquots of the culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural ?-IFN, and measured 56.44 ng/mL.

Cross Reaction

This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human ?-IFN. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
