Human foreskin fibroblast cells (1 x 10E5 cells/mL) were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, stimulated for 2 days with 50 ng/mL IL17A. Aliquots of the culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural IL6, and measured 1045.17 pg/mL.

Cross Reaction

This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human IL6. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
