The concentration of Human NFKBIA detected in Hela, HepG2 and Jurkat cell lysates were respectively 156.17 ng/mL, 146.00 ng/mL and 53.75 ng/mL.The total protein concentration of them were about 9.3 mg/mL, 8.5 mg/mL and 6mg/mL.

Cross Reaction

This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human NFKBIA. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
