For the quantitative determination of Human DC-SIGN / CD209 concentration in serum.
The average concentration of Human CD209 detected in 10 human serum from apparently healthy people is 15.3 +/- 4.4ng/mL ranging from 7.6 to 20 ng/mL.
This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural human CD209. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.A sample containing 50 ng/mL of recombinant human CLEC4M reads as 0.7ng/mL(1.4% cross-reactivity).
