For the quantitative determination of Human CD21 concentration in serum.
The average concentration of CD21 in 10 normal human serum is 47.55 +/- 35.63 ng/mL ranging from 19.40 to 139.68 ng/mL.
This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human CD21. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
