For the quantitative determination of Human CD147 / EMMPRIN concentration in serum and urine.
The average concentration of CD147 in 10 normal human serum is 2.2 +/- 0.57 ng/mL ranging from 1.39 to 3.19 ng/mL. The average concentration of CD147 in 10 normal human urine is 5.97 +/- 4.51 ng/mL ranging from 1.82 to 13.18 ng/mL.
This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human CD147. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed. Preparations of the following factors at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human CD147 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
