For the quantitative determination of Human BCAM / CD239 concentration in serum.
The average concentration of human BCAM detected in 10 human serum from apparently healthy people is 11.7 +/DŽng/mL ranging from 8.3 to 14.1 ng/mL.
This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human BCAM. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
