The average concentration of Human ASGR1 in 8 normal human serum is 189.39 +/- 65.77 pg/mL ranging from 101.57 to 274.92 pg/mL. HepG2 cells (0.2 x 10E5 cells/mL) were cultured 3 days. An aliquot of the cell culture supernate was removed, assayed for levels of natural ASGR1, and measured 424.39 pg/mL.

Cross Reaction

This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human ASGR1. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
