Ten serum samples from apparently healthy people were evaluated for the presence of ALK1 in this assay.The average concentration of four detected samples is 0.57 ng/mL. Other samples measured less than the lowest ALK1 standard, 31.25 pg/mL.

Cross Reaction

This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural human ALK1. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
